Reiki Energy Healing
We understand that domestic abuse can have a lasting impact on a survivor's physical, mental, and energetic health. To help address this, we offer access to a Usui Reiki Level 2 practitioner who provides personalised Reiki sessions to help survivors heal and restore their energetic balance.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique that has been scientifically proven to help members over 16 years old. Whether it happens once or multiple times, or whether you were made to believe it was your fault, domestic abuse is never acceptable !!!
How can Reiki help?
Reiki can be a beneficial for domestic abuse survivors in their healing process. It can help survivors by reducing feelings of anxiety, stress, and trauma that may result from their experiences. Reiki's calming energy can create a safe and comforting environment for survivors to relax and release emotional tension. By promoting a sense of inner peace and balance, Reiki can aid survivors in restoring their emotional well-being and resilience. It can also support survivors in reconnecting with themselves and fostering a positive outlook on their path to recovery.
